Tonight we’re having Seafood Stuffed Pasta Shells. Pretty easy to make and suprisingly yummy! Suprisingly, because Ms. Awesome and I think it’s strange to put sweet and sour sauce on pasta, but I’m willing to try anything once and it was actually quite good.
First thing’s first, you need to combine the ricotta cheese, egg, green onions, parsely, lemon peel (we didn’t have that) and salt.
They work so well together in the pictures, don’t they?
Maile dibsed the cheese. That’s all she cared about.
Laina got to pour everything else in and then it was time to stir. Kids love stirring.
Sauce time!
Mix sweet and sour sauce, sugar and water.
Easy enough right??
And the fun begins!! Fill the shells with the cheesy mixture.
Wa La!!!
