Careful when placing orders with Safeway.com, if they do not have the mushrooms you asked for they just might replace them with these:
What the freak???? Four year olds and sharp knives are totally cool. Long as you let them know they are only to be used under supervision of a mature adult…aka mommy.
Next, add green peppers and mushrooms to the chicken and cook some more.
Gotta love the concentration:
Stir in the tomatoes and the italian dressing. (we had to get a bigger pot).

8 oz. fettuchine
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
1 cup each sliced green peppers and sliced mushrooms
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozerella/parmasean cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink. Add peppers and mushrooms; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomatoes with their liquid and the dressing. Reduce heat to medium-lowl simmer 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
Toss pasta with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
When serving children be sure to pick everything foreign out of the dish and serve plain noodles only. If you want the child to actually EAT at dinner time you may beed to add some side dishes i.e apple slices and yogurt.
