Tonight we’re trying something brand new. This is a Chicken Caesar Lasagna and I got it from cutie-patootie Katelin…or rather her boyfriend Matt, who really is the chef of the relationship. Smart girl. Date a guy who can cook…now THAT’S thinkin’ and I like it! Anyways I thought Caesar and Lasagna sounded like a strange combination, but heck, I’m down to try anything.
Ok, so grab your cute chef and have her mix together some cooked chicken, lemon juice, spinach, roasted red peppers, and a couple jars of alfredo sauce.
Steer it up….little darlin’ steer it up…
The secret is in the sauce….but don’t SIT in it because that would just get messy. Inside joke. Sorry.
Line up your noodles…try the no-boil noodles for less mess.
Top with a layer of filling mixture…
Sprinkle with cheese…
And repeat…and repeat again.
Cook er’ up and you gotchyurself a caesar lasagna.
