Writer’s Workshop: Vlogemotional Baby!

1.) Create a video for your blog (vlog) and participate in Tim’s “vlogemotions” by talking about an emotion you’ve felt this week. You can link up here AND link up at Tim’s place at Fort Thompson on Thursday. That’s right…you have my permission to double dip.

My “vlogemotion” this week is exhaustion…or fatigue…or just plain tired. See why:

And no. I don’t want another baby.

That’s too strong. It’s not that I don’t “want” another baby per se…just that our plates are full right now. If I happened to get pregnant, which I won’t, I would definitely “want” the baby. But Pat and I are in agreement that three is a good number.

Our kids are all almost at that functional age where we can go out as a family and have a decent time without worrying about bottles and diapers and tantrums and stuff. Having another baby would rewind us back a bit…oh AND nothing causes more tension in this house like a brand new baby does. I am MOODY…and Pat does nothing right so I insist on doing everything myself and then I complain about the fact that he does nothing. Pat loves me for that…but not enough to go back. It feels good to love each other again.

That all being said I would totally do the surrogate mom thing for a couple wanting a baby. I already offered myself to …lovemaegan, but she’s not biting. Something about not wanting me to have sex with her husband, I don’t know…I thought that was how that worked.

Now it’s your turn.

Choose a prompt, post it on your blog, and come back and sign Mr. Linky!!

4.) Write a poem for your mother.

5.) Time for a trip? Where are you headed this summer?…Or where would you go if you COULD.
