FYI I recently switched my URL to just dot com instead of blogspot dot com. Angie warned me not make the change Christmas break when you all will be decorating your trees and spending less time blogging, she didn’t want me to disrupt your precious little lives, but I couldn’t help myself. I have this fear that some meany will swoop in and steal my URL and then what?
And then I’ll just be blogspot dot com for the rest of my life and all the bigshots are telling me blogspot dot com does not sound as cool and professional as plain old dot com…which I don’t really get because I would think the content is what would separate your blog from the rest.
Whatever.
I just want to fit in around here, is that so wrong!?!
As it turns out it costs 10 bucks to take the blogspot off your name and I’m anticipating it’s going to screw up my whole google reader rss feed thingy…sorry about that. It’s a sacrifice I had to make.
I leave you with this…a blog post I wrote when I was publishing my blogs to silly old myspace. There are about six of these puppies and I reserve the right to use them when I can’t think of anything new and exciting to write…like right now. (Not to mention it’s a little trip down memory lane for me…so funny. To me.):
I just wanted to get the word out that Maile has taken it upon herself to officially change her name. She now goes by the self coined name of “Milkshake Bunny.” I don’t know where it came from, but she has been quite adamant about responding only to this name. She has also taken to “hopping” around the house instead of “walking” and will only eat carrots and lettuce.
Ok, the carrots and lettuce is my own added exageration, but nevertheless, Milkshake Bunny it is.
