The second episode is always uneventful. Ali continues cutting out people we can’t stand, the boys pick fights with each other, and we’re not attached to anyone at this point to really care whether or not they stay or go.
That being said, the “I’m looking out for Ali’s best interest” squeal revealed himself last night. Jonathon The Wacky Weatherman was quick to notice Crazy Craig’s potential to kill them all in their sleep and notified Ali of the “danger” right away. Crazy Craig was not happy about the accusations and for a moment I thought he might reach through the tv and grab ME…he’s that demented.
Bye bye Craig.
And bye bye other guy who got voted off who should have been The Wacky Weatherman…or the gay guy…but was neither.
I stand by my initial two choices. Oh Boy Roberto and Chris L. are my guys.
I don’t hate Frank,
but I can’t help but wonder why guys like him come on the show and then complain about the jealous feelings they feel when their “girlfriend” is “dating” so many other men. Do they not grasp the premise of the show? Have they not seen how this works? Me no understand-ee.

I don’t usually like to make judgments about men based on a picture, but Roberto and Frank look like they could be headlining a Broadway show…if you know what I mean.
I did write about the Bachelorette! Though I clearly need to take a lesson in brevity from you. :-) I don’t have a favorite yet either… but I’ll be happy with any outcome that involves Roberto’s eyebrowns being tamed.
I forgot how much I love your Bachelor(ette) recaps! Complete with cartoons & everything, this was by far the best recap I’ve read! I like Jesse.. dang he is sexy and Roberto is not bad either.
Okay, they reaaally drink a lot on that show! How are they not slurring and falling down more?? That would only add to the fun in my humble opinion. Though I was sure a fight would break out amidst the whole “who called me dangerous” bit. Glad THAT guy is gone — yuck!

This show gives me the heebie-jeebies. These people aren’t real, are they?! (I once watched an episode of the Bachelor. But only because it was set at the place where I got married and a Bachelor-watching friend pointed it out to us. Even then, I had to watch with the sound off because the contestants (are they called contestants??) embarrassed me when they started talking. *sigh* At least most of them are fairly decent eye-candy?
I love how Ali’s like “omg we’re giving back, I hope they’re ok with that” like they’re going to be building mud huts for people using only their feet… I’m not complaining though because those boys looked damn hot. and I agree with your picks. Roberto is HOT, Chris L isn’t really my type but he’s cute, and I kind of like frank. I like them nerdy. This show is like crack to me..
She is in LURRRRRRRRV with Roberto, no question about it! She was soooooo digging him! And what is with Kasey? Everytime he talks he sounds like he has marshmallows in his mouth and I can’t understand him. Apparently he goes crazy later in the season according to the previews

Ok, I’m watching this season, starting last night! I’m a big fan of Roberto because he reminds me of one of my old friends. Adorable how he played ball with Ali outside during the cocktail party!
Craig and Jonathan drove me CRAZY! Are you kidding me?!? Nothing like 18 men vying for one woman to bring out the male drama and turn perfectly hunky men into high school girls. Ugh. I yelled at the TV when Ali gave the Weatherman a rose.
I thought Frank was really cute, and I loved their date.

I LOVE Roberto… he seems like he is the most honest when he speaks and isn’t putting on a huge show for her.

Every season of Bachelor/Bachelorette I am disappointed though so I am scared about this year! And EVERY single finale I say I am never watching again. Here I am, watching again.

I said the second I saw Frank last week that he was going to win it all. Not because I like him, but because he’s so over the top with “love” that I think she’ll fall for it. Of course, i immediately went to Reality Steve and got spoiled, but that’s not going to stop me from watching (don’t worry — I wont’ blog what I know from the spoilers).
I sort of wish she’d kept Craig around a little longer…because crazy = good TV.
Argh you made me really want to go to Reality Steve. I’ve been holding back since seeing previews for next week when she slaps Frank…I’m trying to figure out if it’s real or fake.

Hahahaha! I wasn’t going to watch the Bachelorette but I couldn’t resist watching and there wasn’t much on tv both nights. Of course, I did set my DVR to record the series. WTH! I’m not so sure about Roberto, seems like many of you like him. Thankfully Craig “Mr. Dangerous” is gone, he was pretty freaky. the Weatherman? Well I don’t see him making it past next week. I think Ali threw him a bone just for good measure since he saved her from danger! I haven’t picked a fav. Gimme more time.

Craig M was such a wacko! What was up with him looking away from her, and away from the camera? Bozo. And the Weatherman? He needed to go to after the way he carried on about wearing the Speedo. Suck it up, dude. High maintenance…
I really actually like weird Frank. But I heard a rumour that he “still has feelings for his ex-girlfriend” and that Justin has not one…but TWO girlfriends back home. And Weather Man needs to just stop.
This show is a joke. What is that gay weatherman doing there acting as if he wants the girl? Who’s he fooling? He’s so gay that it’s irritating to watch him act as if he’s vying for the girl’s affections. His presence in the show exemplifies how the only end these people appearing in this show are pursuing is something OTHER than what they’re supposedly there for: to get the girl. It may be fame or fortune, but it’s not that blonde, who’s not even all that special to go on national television for to try to woo, by the way.
why is Ali so upset about Frank? She just slept with 2 men………. I think the Frank thing was a big act – probably all the participants are actors/actresses – that camera is following them around all the time, including in the “room”……..
