I want more more milk!
Can I have waffles?
Will you help me with my shoes?
Don’t forget to pack my lunch?
Can I have a band aid?
Can I have a kitten?
You’re the busiest mom in the world!
CAN I HAVE A DOLLAR?
Will you read to us?
Will you turn on a show?
Can you find my hamster?
Can I play your phone?
Did you hear that?
THEY APPRECIATE ME!

Of course they do. They always do, even when it doesn’t seem like it.
Right. Even when the requests (demands) are nonstop, they do get it.
Isn’t it nice when they slip something in that is a compliment (even though if you pointed out the compliment, they would deny it to their death)! Happy Mother’s Day!!
Honestly, I think it just doesn’t occur to kids to say the nice things they think. But when they do– oh, is it ever appreciated!
I agree with Blythe. Enjoy your mothers’s day (I live in England and ours was in March).
