This month’s COOL WHIP recipe is brought to you courtesy of my 8 year old. She jumped at the chance to share a recipe we found called Chocolate Chunk & Marshmallow Sundae, and I jumped at the chance to film someone ELSE making video magic for once! She’s a little on the quiet side, but I think you’ll love her cooking!
Take a look at this ever so easy non ice cream, ice cream sundae:
Chocolate Chunk & Marshmallow Sundae
2 Pkg Jell-O Chocolate Pudding
2 Cups Cold Milk
1 Tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
1 Cup mini marshamallows
4 squares semi sweet chocolate chopped
2 Cups Sliced Strawberries
BEAT pudding mixes and milk.
STIR in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and chocolate.
SPOON in freezer safe container.
FREEZE 4 hours or until firm. Scoop into dish and top with berries!
