Awhile back I posted about an argument between me and my husband regarding whether or not drinking coffee counted towards the average daily water requirement. I asked people to guess who was the major water drinker in our house and who wasn’t getting enough and I couldn’t believe how many people guessed my husband was the water drinker.
My mother drilled in healthy drinking habits when I was young. She insists it’s the secret to healthy skin, great metabolism, and overall health.
And all this time I thought we were being forced to drink water because we were too poor for juice.

But in today’s world it’s not always so easy to get OUR kids to drink water, here’s my secret:
That’s how I’ve helped my kids discover the wonders of water. Brita’s new product, the Brita Bottle for Kids, now provides an easy and fun way to have clean, filtered H2O on the go.
Now I’m curious, how do you encourage your kids to drink more water? Reply below and one of my readers will win a $50 Visa gift card!
