5.) Is Richard Sherman a good role model? (inspired by Danielle Smith)

Richard Sherman is a football player. The only reason I’m even watching football is because the Seahawks have made it to the Super Bowl and the entire city is LIT UP. We’re talking Seahawks flags on every vehicle you see on the freeway. If we lose I’m certain I will actually hear a collective sobbing from this great city. When we beat the 49ers for this sacred spot into the Super Bowl, Richard Sherman stole the show with his interview after the game where he kind of belligerently yelled about how he’s the best and you better watch out if you’re going to be talking smack about HIM. It caused an uproar because people feel it was unsportsmanlike and his supporters are like “He graduated top of his class from STANFORD! He’s not unsportsmanlike, this is FOOTBALL…WE YELL!”

So where do I stand? Well…I think Richard Sherman makes a wonderful role model…for parents. In today’s video I thought I would implement the Richard Sherman approach to parenting in an effort to be the best as what I do. Just like Sherman:

We had a slew of fun videos to watch in last week’s link up, I definitely need to incorporate a “free video” day just to see what you all have been up to! Marcy L. shared a Chopped-style home cooking challenge where her husband surprised her with secret ingredients and she had 30 minutes to put together something edible. So impressive!:

Check out Marcy L.’s YouTube channel and subscribe!

And I discovered (and joined) Jenn’s Facebook group for vlogging bloggers. Consider joining if you want to connect with even more vloggers!

It’s your turn!

The first one reminded me of my mother…I may have flinched a bit.

You are so funny. I really loved the pairing comment.
It’s good to be back and I’m a little sad not to see 20+ vloggers linked up! What’s up with that?! Vlogging is the best! You should do a Richard Sherman Vlog promotion video; get those bloggers vlogging!

First, I love you even if you are in Seahawks country. Boo. Hiss. Richard Sherman I wanted to punch in the junk. Probably I still do.

Still laughing…oh my! I think I’m going to take the Sherman approach as well. As for Dude Mom, her comment has me in a fit of laughter as well!

I am impressed that you made it through that with a straight face. When you pair me….that was the best! Is there a reel of outtakes somewhere that we don’t know about?!
