“Hilarious. That is so darn ugly.”

“haha agree with above.”

Those are two of the glowing reactions I’ve received regarding my latest episode of Crafty Mom’s Weekly Challenge. And to that I say poo. Poo to all the haters, because this craft is so weird that I actually really love it. It’s one of those things that you decide you love so much even criticism from respected members of your own family would be shrugged away. This is my garden hose wreath, I made it with my own two hands, and it will stay on my door until the next time Crafty Mom demands a homemade wreath.

It could be really cute. I think it depends on the type of home you live in. It probably would look great on a country cottage, farmhouse or craftsman style but less so on a modern or contemporary style of house. Also what you put on the wreath makes a difference. I could see one with kids flip flops and shells for a beach house.

I say it’s a Win!

I’m not being funny when I say I think you nailed it. I really actually like it. Plus, it’s all reusing-stuff-and-being-green. :)

As someone who spent most of Saturday in the garden…I’m lovin’ this!
