My husband went to Hawaii for our nephew’s wedding and sent me pictures/videos of family and beaches and sunsets and food. At one point during the wedding reception, he face-timed me and showed off an entire table filled with sushi from end to end. Not to be outdone, I also shared videos of the food I was making and it just so happened the ingredient of the week was spam. Take a look:

Pat is actually the one who made spam an acceptable ingredient in our household. He sliced it up, sprinkled brown sugar over the top and baked it on the oven until it was brown and a little crisp around the edges. SUBLIME!! Imagine how deprived we might be if had never tried it.
Even Spam agrees with me.
Have you ever actually tried Spam? How did you eat it and what was the verdict?

Being from Hawaii, your hubby should know all about Spam. It’s served everywhere there. There’s even a Spam festival. I have a friend from American Samoa and she talks about the popularity of spam in the South Pacific.
