Meat your chef (pun intended). Laina is capitalizing on Maile’s morning at preschool by helping me out in the kitchen. Laina enjoys Ritz Bitz and Frosted Flakes withOUT the milk (so she can eat them like a dog) and is currently obsessed with sleeping as little as possible. A walking zombie folks…you saw it here first.
What you need:
A crock pot.
4.5 cups of water
1 Diced onion
2 packets spaghetti seasoning
2 cans tomato paste
2 TBS Butter
Now let’s get started.
Dump the water…
Butter…
seasoning…
tomato paste…
onions…
and meatballs into the crock pot.
Stir. It helps if you concentrate really really hard as seen. And then stick it on low for the day. You can make up some noodles or rice to eat with it, or if you happened to work at Subway your junior year in high school you can recreate the magic with some Hoagie buns. The world is your oyster and so on.
ps Notice the baby in the back. Yesterday was her first full day and she basically slept ALLLLL day long. Here’s hoping she sleeps for Mama tonight. Ah heck, what do I care, as long as she remains a happy baby here she can do whatever the heck she wants at home. ;) She was a sweetheart though. And for the record I did hold her. Once. (I’m kidding…I just know someone would take that seriously).
